Booking Policies

On Arrival

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled treatment

• You are required to fill out the health history form at your first appointment and will be asked about your specific needs before the appointment begins. The information will be used by the practitioner to tailor your massage based on your specific needs (example: any pain you are experiencing)

  • If you don’t have any specific problem and only require a full body massage, that’s ok too!

Booking & Deposits

• All bookings require your full name, phone number, and email address

• A Non-Refundable Deposit will be required:

• $35 for 45 or 60 minute sessions

• $50 for 90 minute sessions

• $70 for 120-minute sessions

• The deposit amount will be deducted from the subtotal

• Deposits can be paid via Interac E-Transfer

• Reservations without a deposit may be cancelled

• Once your deposit is received and confirmed, you will receive a reminder by text or email before your scheduled appointment

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we reserve the right to curtail your appointment time. We reserve the right to charge at the full rate of your booking to respect our practitioner’s time and to respect our next clients’ appointments.

Reschedule

Appointments rescheduled 1 week before the appointment date will not require a new deposit

Cancellation/ No-Shows

Deposits for cancelled appointments or no-shows will not be put towards the next appointment, and a new deposit will be required before booking

Gift certificates are available for purchase in-person. Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for 1 years from the date purchased. Please advise us of the gift certificate upon booking and please present the gift certificate before your session.
